Welcome to techtemp! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to techtemp. techtemp operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). techtemp is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Sale") describe your rights and responsibilities when you purchase products or subscription services from techtemp.
Please read these Terms of Sale carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as subscription billing, digital delivery, refunds, and limitations of liability.
By placing an order with techtemp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these policies, you should not place an order with us.
SECTION 1 - OUR PRODUCTS
techtemp offers digital subscription plans that provide access to a curated library of Notion templates. Our current plans are:
- Core — per month: Essential Notion systems for productivity and personal growth.
- Stack — USD per month: The full six-category library for creators and operators.
- System — USD per month: Advanced templates, priority requests, and commercial-use rights.
- Architect — per month: Everything unlocked, early access, and white-label flexibility.
All products sold by techtemp are digital only. They are delivered electronically by email immediately after purchase. There is no physical shipping, packaging, courier, tracking number, or physical return process of any kind.
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 2 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. techtemp reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until techtemp confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as techtemp may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to refund or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless your selected plan expressly grants commercial or white-label rights.
SECTION 3 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, customs or import charges.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered on third-party platforms. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms of Sale. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms of Sale, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
SECTION 4 - SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING BILLING
All techtemp plans are subscription-based and billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products and services offered by techtemp are digital only. Upon successful payment, your subscription access and digital products are delivered instantly by email to the email address you provided at checkout. There is no physical shipping, no courier, no tracking number, and no physical return of any kind.
If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at service@techtemp.store. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by email filtering, incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or France, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, in accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, under Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code and applicable EU law, this right does not apply to digital content supplied not on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right. This consent is collected at checkout.

SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. In general, because all products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not available after access has been granted. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in specific situations, such as:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to the digital products after purchase and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
- There is a verified technical fault with the product that we cannot fix within a reasonable time.
To request a refund, contact us at service@techtemp.store or call +33 6 74 83 72 74 within 14 days of the charge. Please include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a clear description of the issue.
SECTION 8 - LICENSE AND USE
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Notion templates for your own purposes, subject to the plan you selected. Commercial, white-label, or resale rights are only included in specific plans as described at checkout.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the templates outside the scope of your license without express written permission from techtemp. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access.

SECTION 9 - TAXES
Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location and applicable law. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Where required, taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SECTION 10 - FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the digital products and subscription services while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
SECTION 11 - DIGITAL CONTENT WITHDRAWAL RIGHT AND ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
As described in Section 6 above, if you are a consumer located in the European Union or France, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because all techtemp products are digital content delivered immediately by email, you expressly consent to immediate performance at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access is granted.
For consumer disputes that we cannot resolve directly, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
You may also contact a consumer mediator. In France, you may contact the relevant mediator for online commerce or the CNIL for data protection matters. Details are available upon request by contacting us at service@techtemp.store.
SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY techtemp, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL techtemp, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OF SALE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless techtemp, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Sale or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.
You and techtemp consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Sale is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Sale, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Sale by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Sale constitutes acceptance of those changes.
